More Saturday Night Chavez Ravine Summer Magic

[Box Score]

With the game heading into the later innings and the Dodgers seeming a little flat for the second night in a row against the lowly San Diego Padres, it was simply time to sit back, relax, and let the magic unfold.

With two down in the bottom of the sixth and the bases loaded, the crowd could feel it was time. Something special is going on at Dodger Stadium this season; more than any other.

Corey Seager ripped a single that scored three, and the Dodgers were back in the lead to stay. God, to be a Los Angeles resident right now; being able to take this in whenever you want, I mean those people really have it all.

Cody Bellinger had three hits on the night including his 34th home run of the season.

When the Dodgers are at home especially, they’re not dead until the last out. No matter the odds, no matter the score. There’s something very different going on in 2017, even in terms of the usual Dodger Stadium magic that they have each year.
