Did anyone see Homer Bailey throw tonight at Great American against the Marlins? This guy is a reason to watch this team at this meaningless point in the season. I’m sure David Weathers someone will come in and blow the lead and lose the game for Homer like they usually do; but this kid came out and fucking let it sling for 7 innings tonight. He finished off his last hitter with a strikeout, and was throwing harder upon exit then he did at any other point. I’m telling you this guy is a #1, top of the rotation guy right now. He could have easily had 10 wins this season. If he doesn’t run into arm troubles he’ll be our version of Tim Lincecum, but with more FASTBALL!
