Even if Cody Bellinger doesn’t win the MVP Award in a short while, he’s won his first Gold Glove from Rawlings, and it was well deserved.
All gold everything.

Cody Ballgame was named the winner of the prestigious award on Sunday night. More below from Dodger Insider.
Bellinger, who’s also a strong candidate to win MVP honors this year, led all qualified National League right fielders with a .991 fielding percentage. His 10 outfield assists in right field ranked second at his position in the NL.
Bellinger is the first Dodger to win a Gold Glove Award since Zack Greinke in 2015 and the first Dodger outfielder to win the award since Andre Ethier and Matt Kemp both won in 2011.
A Gold Glove doesn’t come around all that often. I say frequently to people that even when he’s not hitting, Bellinger has turned into a player who can win you a game with his speed or his leather. Certainly right now, he has the award hardware to show it off. Hopefully he hangs onto the MVP award too.
