Houston Astros Lose As -530 Favorites
The Houston Astros are probably going to win the World Series in 2019. And yet, they’re still sketchy. They went off against the Detroit Tigers as -530 favorites on Wednesday night and still lost 2-1 with Justin Verlander throwing a two-hitter. Robinson Chirinos went 4 for 4 and homered. Verlander struck out 11.
However, the pest Ronnie Rodriguez homered with two outs in the top of the ninth; serving as the death-knell for the Astros.
The Tigers winning as +444 dogs was the biggest upset in 15 years in baseball. Of course, all this shit is fixed if you watch it enough and understand betting lines. Never bet a favorite that is -530 folks. Never bet on an ace winning by more than one unless you have great reason to do so.
