It’s Saturday. It’s the best day of the week. We are 12 days from Opening Day. The week that lies ahead will be a big one in terms of events that kill the time before Opening Day.

Today has a plethora of good college basketball games in March Madness. Last night, sports found another way to top itself and show us all something we’ve never seen before. The #1 Virginia Cavaliers lost to some 16 seed called the Golden Retrievers. So yeah, that really happened.

Our bracket is busted. We’re never doing a bracket again. We are more than ready for baseball.

The 80’s song of the week that should be played on a ballpark loudspeaker nearest you is taking a break until the regular season starts. We hope we have enough hits to cover all season.
