Aaron Judge’s 46th home run was a 469-foot shot in Toronto

Aaron Judge is on fire again. It seems like these posts are going up every night on the blog, and on Friday night Judge delivered once again. He’s definitely putting himself in position to make a run at Mark McGwire’s rookie record of 49 home runs in 1987.

Judge launched (it’s ok to say ‘launched’ when Judge hits them) a monstrous home run into the second deck in Toronto off a Marco Estrada who had his good stuff tonight. Estrada is prone to a gopher ball from time to time, and fresh off a new extension, Judge made him famous.

Judge was on base four times, walking twice and also smoking a double off the wall; but the Yankees were on the losing end of an 8-1 game tonight. The way he’s looking, Judge most likely isn’t done for the regular season hitting bombs.
