Corey Seager missed the memo on Players Weekend and we love it

You have all these players around baseball for Player’s Weekend wearing these stupid, NBA-like futuristic jerseys with nicknames on the back; and then there’s Corey Seager. He simply went with ‘Seager’.

Also, players are using bats with designs and stars on them like the one Bryce Harper was fined for a few years back on the Fourth of July. Seager didn’t go for that either.

He quietly got two knocks last night (bloop, infield hit) in the Dodgers win to extend his hitting streak to 13 games.
