Paul Janish was brought up to play shortstop with the injury to Jeff Keppinger, and last night he got the storybook hit to win the game in his 2nd career at bat. Wouldn’t you know it?
By the way, GM Walt Jocketty spoke about Jay Bruce being brought up here in the near future.
Dunn hit number 245, the Reds won their third in a row over the Marlins, and that was that. I’m going running.
