It’s always good to see a guy you love hitting a little bit. Byron Buxton homered on Friday night in Kansas City, a 3-2 loss for the Twins, but it was his second of the year.

An absolute bomb. If we can just get Buxton running on the bases a little bit and out of the nine-hole for the upstart Twinkies, we have a little player on our hands here. And he’s still in his ‘mid-20’s’ by definition.
