Twins: Byron Buxton Homers in Pittsburgh

Quiet little getaway day in Pittsburgh, one in which got away from the surging Minnesota Twins. However, not lost in the action was Byron Buxton.

Buxton hit a rocket home run to centerfield, his first of the 2020 season. And alas, the short season won’t end without Buxton going yard.

The Twins blew this game, and Buxton is still without a stolen base. Still, he’s got knocks in a few consecutive games and despite being a footnote on the Twins’ roster; he’s a guy who could get hot and make the Twins a frontrunner in the American League.
