Vlad Jr. debut at Dodger Stadium
Aside from a couple of home runs from Bo Bichette, the Blue Jays didn’t have a lot going against Clayton Kershaw. Cody Bellinger had a bases-clearing double, and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. reached base four times with two singles and two walks. However, the Dodgers took this game 16-3 in the first of a three-game set at Chavez Ravine.
Tuesday’s game marked Guerrero Jr.’s return to the Toronto lineup, although he’s not playing Wednesday night.
