This afternoon in the Bronx, Aaron Judge became just the 7th Yankee all-time to homer 45 times in a season. The blast to right field also got the Yankees on the board while trailing 3-0 to the Twins, and he went over the 100 RBI mark finally.
The Yankees bludgeoned the Twins from there, 11-3. Big Fat Bartolo Colon surrendered what could have been Aaron Judge’s final home run of 2017. If he can hit five more in about 10 games, he sets the all-time rookie record.
I can’t believe we ever doubted Aaron Judge and his stupendous power.
