Like a Staggered Prize Fighter, the Dodgers are roaring back

[Box Score]

They’ve been to the highest of highs this season and the lowest of lows. And perhaps that makes the Dodgers an even more dangerous team entering October.

After tasting their own blood and dropping 11 in a row, the Dodgers have rebounded by winning three straight games. Corey Seager hit his 20th home run of the season into the bullpen in center field at Nationals Park. Justin Turner added his own. Alex Wood went six shutout innings and struck out eight, improving to 15-3 on the year.

It was the Dodgers 95th win of the season. Suddenly, things don’t seem so bad. Suddenly, things are right back to normal. The world probably should realize the Dodgers are completely fine. They’re going to need to be dealt with. Seeing that Seager and Wood are healthy enough to do what they did on Friday night is trouble for other teams around baseball.

And the Indians 22-game win streak is over.
