Snowfall Pilot Episode was Insane
I knew when I saw the first trailer for FX’s Snowfall, I was in for some special television. As I read more about the series that started tonight, and saw that John Singleton was directing the project; that it would perfectly capture the essence of Los Angeles in the 1980’s.
Tonight’s pilot episode was absolutely incredible. If you Google around the interwebs, you’ll see people talking of a ‘slow start’. I didn’t see that. I can’t wait until next Wednesday to see how Franklin – a guy who I’m already drawn to – moves his next kilo in the Porn Valley while dealing with shady Russian drug lords.
This is going to be a fucking insanely good series, and if you’re not watching it you’re cheating yourself.
