Aaron Judge hits home run 29

For the second time in less than a 24 hour period, Aaron Judge was touching them all down at Yankee Stadium.

This one was his 29th of the season, and carried a somewhat historic significance. It tied Joe Dimaggio’s Yankees rookie record of 29 home runs. It’s safe to say that barring catastrophe or calamity, Aaron Judge will break this record soon.

The Yankees lost the game 7-6 after storming back from being down 5-0 to take a 6-5 lead. Dellin Betances is suddenly a huge problem, which is puzzling.

I don’t think that anyone knows what Judge is capable of. That’s why this is so amazing. He could hit 60 or 70 if he really gets going. It feels like he’s going to homer every time he’s up.
