It’s Turkey Day. More than 43 million turkeys will be eaten today by Americans. The average size turkey cooked in most households is 15 pounds. The turkey I bought for the Diamond Hoggers family at Grandma’s (or GaGa as my daughter calls her) is 13.9 pounds.
