Bryce Harper got the script correct by homering his first at-bat off the disabled list

Bryce Harper homered in his at-bat back from the disabled list, and people who have watched Bryce Harper for the last year or so are not at all surprised. The home run was the 13th of his season and 35th of his career.

I watched this game in the sports book at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Harper’s hometown. Harper and the Nationals won me a lot of money in their 10-5 drubbing of Yovani Gallardo and the Brewers and their big win over the Mets on Sunday.

I feel that they’ve finally got one of the best constructed lineups in the NL now, and they’re about to go on a roll. My money is on them winning again today and Harper doing something like this:
