Spent the day at Huntington Park

Got the first real sunburn of the year at Huntington Park today in Columbus watching the High School Baseball State Tournament. This park easily rivals Louisville as one of the finest in all of the minor leagues. These kids out there today really are privlidged to get to play their state tournament there. We had to play at run down Cooper Stadium on the astroturf.

If you are a retired ballplayer, my God does anything make you want to get back on the field like watching some good State Finals baseball? It’s beautiful and agonizing all in the same.
