Hamilton on the comeback trail again

Josh Hamilton has been on the DL for about a month with a severe wrist sprain, derailing his storybook season, chance to win the NL Rookie of the Year and a chance at .300 with 30 homeruns.

Hamilton played for the Louisville Riverbats tonight, taking his first step towards a return with the Reds. If Hamilton can get back into the Cincinnati lineup soon, there is no reason to doubt that he can reach accolades like 20 homeruns and a .300 average.

Tonight in the Louisville 2-1 loss to Indianapolis, Hamilton went 2 for 3.
