Hamilton heating up; Reds win 9-3

Josh Hamilton continued his storybook season today, one night after his first 4 hit game of his career, he put on a display again against the Colorado Rockies in Cincinnati at Great American Ball Park.

Hamilton hit 2 home runs, threw out a runner at third base from centerfield, and made another outstanding catch. Hamilton is now hitting .306 on the season after collecting 7 hits in the 3 game series.

Bronson Arroyo threw for 5 and 2/3 innings, allowing 3 runs and picked up his second win of the season. Ryan Freel and Alex Gonzalez also homered in the win. Adam Dunn tripled and drove in a run.
